The Greenham Beef Sustainability Standard (GBSS) is an additional module to the NEVER EVER Beef Program. Producers must hold NEVER EVER accreditation to be eligible for the GBSS. New suppliers seeking accreditation can be audited for both programs at the same time.
The GBSS is underpinned by the Greenham NEVER EVER Beef Program, which was established in 2012 to source and certify premium quality, natural grassfed beef from southern Australia.
NEVER EVER beef is:
- Lifetime traceable
- No added hormones
- Free range: never confined to a feedlot
- Meat Standards Australia certified
- 100% grassfed
- No antibiotics ever
